John G. Udell is responsible for the oversight of the JMWeichertGroup. In addition, John serves as the
President of Weichert Commercial Brokerage and Weichert New Homes. John began his career at Weichert in 1992,
as the President of the Metland Properties Group, a leading provider of consulting, construction, and brokerage
services for distressed assets. Prior to joining Weichert, John was a principal of one of the nation’s largest
homebuilders and supervised development companies in the New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, and
Washington, D.C. metropolitan markets.
